The Vip Executive Arts is a 4-star hotel, just recently opened. It is situated in a modern and stylish new building with 14 floors. It offers 300 rooms including 10 suites and one presidential suite.
The hotel has 8 meeting/ conference rooms holding between 30 and 300 people, as well as a 173-seat auditorium with video conference facilities.
The first floor of the hotel houses an elegant but relaxed restaurant, with a menu boasting a wide range of local and international cuisine. The hotel has 2 bars: one in the lobby and one on the first floor.

Central location, air conditioned rooms, large modern and clean
bathroom, 24 hour reception, quick check-ins and check-outs, modern
design, large windows in each room, large rooms, abundant open space in
the rooms. Easy access to taxis, proximity to the airport, close to all
amenities including restaurants - the Oriente station (metro, intercity
buses and trains) - shopping malls, etc.

The air conditioning wasn't working well at first, but it was repaired
within minutes.

I had bed bug bites in the morning. We would not have stayed any additional nights. Luckily, we were only booked for one night.

friendly staff with babies

having to leave a deposit for any item used. Iron, computer cables. It was not enough that they have my credit card number. I stay here every month and have never stole anything but felt alittle untrusted.

The reception desk staff were especially friendly and helpful.

Our Air Conditioner did not work and could not be fixed. The street noise level was high with an open window.

Newly refurbished, great design of rooms and excellant access to the National Exhibition Centre

Breakfast a little disappointing, seemed to run out of options very fast, fruit was tinned but was a minor comment on a good hotel.

Nice hotel, nice location. Close to anything (transportation, restaurants, shops, etc).

The bathroom. Guest must be careful when taking a shower.
