Great location and good value for the price. Also good room cleaning services. We liked the hotel but specifically requested smoking room and were told on arrival it was a non smoking hotel. Also the facilities were listed as having tea and coffee in the room but no such service was there. Overall your site is very good. |

Clean hotel environment breakfast selection was limited. Night staff smoked outside the front entrance durng the night, which was unfortunately right under our window. Horrible!! |

- location, i.e. in the center, near metro station, near big shopping center (el corte ingles); - very friendly and helpful staff; - new funiture and equipment in the rooms - low wi-fi signal even in the 1st floor; - only one room key was given. For next visitors pls take into account that there are 2 hotels Turim while searching it: Turim Europa and Turim. |

Central location, Avant Garde room design, Quiet, underground car park, AC only engages once key card is placed in master slot. Means the room is extremely hot and stuffy for about 90 minutes upon arrival. |

One part of the personnel was really great and extremely helpful, some of them had difficulty fluently speaking and fully understanding English. Rooms are great. The guest computer is really out of date |

Vist the historical sites.Spent day in Sintra and Estoril The air conditioning was very poor, noisy and very little cold air. Only one key given to room. When we returned from a hot day sight seeing the room was like an oven. No fresh fruit at breakfast. Only tinned fruit in a country where a kilo of oranges cost 98 cent! No real fruit juices for breakfast. Lots of processed meats and very litttle salads. Very disappointing |

The hotel is really good but, unfortunately, the night reception lady was extremely rude. I have double citizenship (swiss and brazilian) and I believe that it was because I speak brazilian portuguese. I can say that because all around the city I was really mistreated, which is a real shame. But in the hotel I'm staying in and paying for it, it's really too much. |

Very quiet The hotel was in a very strange location on a one-way street that was difficult to find and access. One reason that I selected this hotel was because on the map it appeared to be close to several metro stations, yet we had to go out of our way to get to them. Also, the rooms were rather dark. |

The hotel misinforms customers and booking.com, saying that it provides WiFi access in the whole hotel. The room I occupied on the 5th floor didn't have WiFi signal, and so some other rooms on the same floor. The room service also wasn't very good: the bathroom was left without champoo several times. |
