The room size, spa

Staff did not speak English much and are not very helpful I often had to
call the manager to translate, the restaurant has a the same menu everyday--
food is ok. Housekeeping was not very nice or service oriented, waiters
were very strict about breakfast timings.

Room safes caused problems and cost us some 2 hours of our time.

The Bed, so comfortable!

Lots of little things missing in room, eg got in shower discovered no shower gel,robe/slippers, bottle opener, tea, sugar, spoon, toothpaste. the little things that add up to an enjoyable stay.

Very nice rooms, a bit keen of hearing. Very friendly staff at the reception, nice welcome.

Lived on the club level, the club room was nearly without service...no drinks at the happy hour - or better limited to the first six guests. Spa area not included.

The room decor was very funky, modern and comfortable. the bathroom were amazing encased in transparent and opaque glass. Facilities were as good as anywhere I'd ever been and the staff very polite and efficient.

The breakfast was good too and worth the extra expense.

The wireless internet was rubbish! i wouldn't recommend anyone use it as it would only stay up for about a minute max. There was wired (ethernet) internet that was fine and free and worked once we worked out that we had to do an IP address release and refresh.
