The decor is nice, but staff needs some training: e.g. we got a wakeup call that we had not ordered, we were tried to be charged for the minibar (we did not use it), the hotel managed to lose pair of my shoes when we changed the room (I did not get the shoes back but the price of the shoes was compensated) The environment of the hotel is very businesslike. I would recommend the hotel for those travelling on business but not for vacationers. Use of the swimming pool (and the spa) was high-priced. Outdoor swimming pool was located in the ground level and traffic noise reached the pool (not very relaxing). |

Friendly staff, good location & view from room. Room facilities very good. Breakfasts excellent. Stylish hotel with nice lobby Room safes caused problems and cost us some 2 hours of our time. |

The Bed, so comfortable! Lots of little things missing in room, eg got in shower discovered no shower gel,robe/slippers, bottle opener, tea, sugar, spoon, toothpaste. the little things that add up to an enjoyable stay. |
