The friendliness of the reception staff. The room was very clean . It was very close t public transport. the bed was very comfortable and the temperature control was good. I shall certainly sta there when I next visit Lisbon. There was no complimentary tea/coffee facility in the bedroom.It is expensive. |

Good central location, very close to metro and buses. Traffic around was a little high, but the sound isolation in rooms was very good. Good and helpful staff, very clean, excellent breakfast. Good health club. |

The hotel is lovely. Great staff and services. I fell to my knees upon entering the hotel because of loose carpeting outside the revolving doors. Although staff hurried over to help no other apologies were tendered. This was the only bad part of an otherwise excellent hotel As all over in Europe, the beds are too hard! |
