Would have liked to be able to get a greater selection of food in the hotel bar, as I didn't want a full meal, but would have liked something more than a sandwich.

The location was great, near Expo 98, Oceanarium, mall, train station, casino, and 5 minute cab ride to airport. Hotel was fairly new, clean and modern. We had no complaints.

Excellent service from the front desk personnel. I cannot say more because I stayed too short to be able to comment on the other services and parts of the hotel. Excellent and easy location to the Lisbon airport. Clean and very comfortable room.Quarto comfortavel, localizacao em realcao ao aeroporto e excelente. Excelente atendimento do pessoal da recepcao.

The staff were nice people, the facilities were fine, the rooms very comfortable.

The training of the restaurant staff was inadequate. They did not have the basics. The hot food was cold and served on cold plates, the vegetables with my a la carte lunch were obviously from a packet of frozen veg. I would recommend the hotel for its location, its level of general comfort and so on, but would tell people to eat somewhere else.
