Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację skąd łatwo można dotrzeć do wielu zabytkowych miejsc. Warto podkreślić dość duże pokoje i bardzo dobre śniadania. Generalnie można śmiało polecić. |

absolutnie nie, jakość obsługi, ilość gwaizdek 4+ odpowiadają jedno - dwugwiazdkowym hotelom w Polsce - moim kraju. Cena absolutnie nie adekwatna do prezentowanego standardu. Byłem zdruzgotany tym co zobaczyłem. Podróżuję po świecie bardzo dużo i po raz pierwszy zobaczyłem tak niski standard 4 gawiazdkowego hotelu. Odradzam stanowczo. Obsługa słabo zna angielski.Internet jest trudno dostępny a jakośc komputera z którego można skorzystać fatalna. OIświetlenie korytarzy i pokoi b.zła, pali się co 3 - 4 lampa (oszczędności?). Brak w pokoju barku z napojami, czajnika i nawet płatnej wody mineralnej. 4* hotel powinnien juz zapewniać(nawet odpłatnie) taki standard. Bar w hotelu - bardzo skromny-mała liczba drinków, brak atmosfery itp |

In centre of Lisbon. Staff spoke English and were very helpful Tea making facilities would have been very welcome. The room safe would not work. |

Clean rooms, good value for money, excellent breakfast buffet. Cloe to public transportation; good access to Downtown and all amenities. Friendly front desk staff, but very unfriendly breakfast room staff The safe in our room did not work. I took part of my money & driver's licence, health card, etc. with me in a closed side pocket of my jeans, Stupid me! Passport & rest of my money was deposited in the Hotel Safe at reception. Do take more money than you need for the day on any sightseeing trip!! The wallet was gone with the first bus we took. |

Clean room, but quite basic, pleasant staff who were helpful. easy to get into centre of city from hotel Not really my idea of a 4 star hotel. Coffee from machine at breakfast was horrible, tinned fruit and watery orange juice |
