Huone oli oikein siisti ja mukava.

Aamiainen voisi alkaa aikaisemmin ( nyt klo 7).

Hotellin aamupala oli erinomainen, huoneet olivat erittäin siistit. HOtellin sijainti oli myös erittäin hyvä; yksi syy valintaan hinna ohella.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli joiltain osin melko tympeää: jos asiakas tulee respaan kysyäkseen jotain, ei asiakkaan mielestäni tarvitsisi odottaa, kunnes henkilökunnan keskustelu on ohi psytyäkseen hoitamaan asiansa. Huoneiden äänieristys oli naurettavan huono. MOnesti luulin, että joku muu on minun suihkussani, kun suihkun äääni tuli niin läheltä.

Hyvä vuode, rauhallinen shainpeluupaikka baarissa.

Käsisuihku olisi miellyttämpi kuin ylhäältä tuleva suihku. Suihkun aloirus vadin oli kovin tiukka. Safety-boxissa ei ollut käyttöohjeita.

The staff on reception were friendly and it offered a good deal for bed and breakfast. The room was clean and tidy.

The staff in the dining room were less pleasant and made you feel a bit of nuisance when you asked for something. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room rather than a bar.

The hotel is located close to the city center and it's easy to get to
most of the sites. The room that we stayed at was fine, quite clean, but
as we reserved the room for non-smokers the room was for smokers and
thus the smell at the room always reminded of the smokers who stayed at
the hotel previously.

We faced a very inapropriate situation with payment! The hotel not only
charged my card for the stay, but also took the cash when checking
out!The hotel staff charged us twice for the same service! THis is
totally inapropriate! After writing an e-mail to the hotel regarding
this - no responce was received. We will have to solve the issue with
visa and the bank!

I thought the hotel staff were extremely courteous and in particular, the gentleman who checked me out of the hotel. He was very helpful during the two days that I was there and I was quite impressed with his knowledge and helpful attitude. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I was very pleased with all the assistance and advice he gave me.

I did not really like the twin beds in the room that were put together. Also, I had 2 young children with me and I wish that the hotel had put me in a bigger room to accomodate us.

The breakfast was quite good.

The serice could be better. Quite noisy in the evenings.
