The staffs of front desk and coincierge are very nice and helpful. The location is good where near to the metro station.

Limited choice for breakfast.

The room's comfort,excellent cleanliness of the room, breakfast.

We reported that the weighingmachine was not woking and we were assured that somebody will take care of it; however that didn't happen. We wanted this issue to be fixed because it would have helped us to know before leaving how much our luggage was weighting.

modern, clean hotel, good sized rooms, good location

couldn't sleep much because I could hear the bell of the lift pinging all night, from 7 onwards it was very noisy in the hotel (soundproof room didn't seem to be the case at all, though no traffic noise )

great value for our money!! A real five-star with a dazzling view over Lisbon and all the amenities (except, oddly enough, a swimming-pool). Excellent breakfast. Run for it if you find it at a reasonable price!!!
