The staffs of front desk and coincierge are very nice and helpful. The location is good where near to the metro station. Limited choice for breakfast. |

The room's comfort,excellent cleanliness of the room, breakfast. We reported that the weighingmachine was not woking and we were assured that somebody will take care of it; however that didn't happen. We wanted this issue to be fixed because it would have helped us to know before leaving how much our luggage was weighting. |

modern, clean hotel, good sized rooms, good location couldn't sleep much because I could hear the bell of the lift pinging all night, from 7 onwards it was very noisy in the hotel (soundproof room didn't seem to be the case at all, though no traffic noise ) |

great value for our money!! A real five-star with a dazzling view over Lisbon and all the amenities (except, oddly enough, a swimming-pool). Excellent breakfast. Run for it if you find it at a reasonable price!!! |
