the city, the disponibility of the parking for the car, the good appearance of the hotel (although nothing extraordinary for a 4 star) rather roughness of some of the staff (not all), air conditioning was not functionning last night (warm air coming out of it instead of cool) |

very convenient location and good standard for the price Very poor communication between Reception and the Dining Room. Confusion over the dinner offer voucher. Dining room staff very unhelpful but Reception staff and the manager dealt with the situation to my satisfaction. |

Location was excellent. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. Restaurant service was less than expected as compared with other international and national hotels of the same star rating. |

Location of this hotel is superb, just next to Rossio Station, a 15 min walk to the Castelo and 3 min walk to Rossio Sataion. But at night, this area is filled with gangster-like people around! |

The excellent location and proximity to local attractions and transport. The breakfast was good. The bar area was good. The reception staff and porters were helpful and polite On arrival, the room smelt of smoking though this did clear after a few hours of the air conditioning working. The breakfast room was very busy with queues at peak times |
