Hotel staff was always very helpful, though some of the information given was not always acurate. I chose the hotel because of internet access in the room. During my two days there the connection in the room worked for less than ½ hr. I asked 3 times to have it corrected, and the staff told me it would be corrected, but never did. So I sat in the hotel lobby a lot, where the internet did work. Workable but annoying. |

Fine, cosy hotel in silent city centre. It is conveniently located. The ideal personnel. Qualitative and tasty meal at restaurant. Intelligent lodgers. I Am sorry for my bad English! It is necessary to organize a zone for smoking. For me absence of an opportunity to smoke became the big problem! |

Seize (quite small) of the hotel, its location, its attractive interior and atmosphere. The 'overbedded' bed,too english, and not suitable in that area of the world. |

Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast with champagne and smoked salmon each day. Very close to underground station. Would certainly recommend it. Ate in restaurant last evening which was very good. Further to walk to city centre than anticipated. Stated 5 minutes, but was more like 15 minutes, but easy to get to by underground. Were told on last evening that we had to pay for use of internet which was suppose to have been free, so did not use it. Was free the previous night. Room reasonable size, if it had not been for a desk, which was too big for the room. |

It was close to downtown and the metro. The breakfast was very elaborate with a good selection of bread, pastries and fresh fruit. Their Hispeed broadband connection to the internet was not working.The hotel refused to provide us with an iron for our clothes. We were told to use the hotel pressing service |
