Great location! Rooms seemed nicely renovated, clean, and had a nice sized bathroom with a good shower. Good breakfast. Room had a beautiful view of the St Jorge Castle. Hotel is on the edge of a dodgy area with prostitutes and pimps hanging around. Didn't bother us at all as we were aware of this before we arrived. Only 1/4 of a block to the touristy area |

The hotel is very close to the city center. But it is overrated. It wasn't clean. We found hair in our bathroom. We had a breakfast in a tiny space with not a great variety. |

The location was excellent. Our room was in the front of the hotel and the view was spectacular at night. The breakfast was also very good. The lobby was two flights of stairs up from the front entrance which was difficult with baggage. Tricky to find when arriving by car. Mislead by front desk relative to parking the car. Directed to a parking lot that the desk clerk claimed discounted parking for hotel guests.The parking garage knew nothing about hotel related discounts and we full price which added about $20. US to the room cost |

good location, clean, good price.... i'd stay again. no problem finding hotel, but i already knew the area. no problem getting in or with reservation, staff was plenty attentive. only downsides are that you have to haul luggage up a level before you can catch lift higher, and there's no internet. other than that, good value. |

Interesting and busy street outside the front in the early evenings, if you have a front room with balcony. Rooms kept very clean by the staff. breakfast was good and varied. A/C was modern. That when someone forgets to close the inner lift door after use the lift begins to beep. And the size of the lift, very cramped. |

Central location, easy access for sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room very small for size of hotel. However buffet breakfast was good and we did not have to wait for a table. |

beds are big and comfortable, air conditioner is quiet which means you can have a good night sleep lift is on the first floor, and lift is small. Room lady did not change our floor towel in the bathroom the second day (don't like seeing hair sticking on the edge of the towel) |
