The hotel is maybe overrated for 5 stars.People are very friendly and the room are a bit too small. Very good breakfast. Room to small. |

the staff was very helpful. the shower was clogged the first day but the hotel quickly fixed the problem. |

Very comfortable, lovely breakfast and helpful staff. The rooms were large and the bed enormous! The ran out of bed linen on the lasst night of our 3 night stay and we slept without a duvet cover. Not uncomfortable but unusual and unhygenic. |

It was central. Some members of the staff was very good They (the staff) should not recommend restaurants they do not know well. At first day they sent us to the restaurant tat had a very bad food. |

It is a new hotel, so for now everything is very fresh which is nice. There is a cd/mp3 player in the room and tea making facilities. Location is very good! The breakfast is kind of expensive (18euros), the choice was ok but nothing extraordinary. You can get champagne at breakfast, though! |

Really great bed. Rather generic for a 5-star hotel; lacked character. Also the fitness facilities were limited and the hotel has no pool. |

quiet location yet close to center, very stylish design of the room and bathtroom, big and comfortable bed we asked at reception for taxi to the airpot, instead of calling ordinary taxi they called some special private taxi service (without letting us know or giving us option) which costs us more than twice normal taxi fare, very expensive and not so good breakfast |

There was a problem with the shower, that was fixed on morning next day. no. the price was excellente for what they offer. Very satisfied. very good hotel. |

Brand new Hotel Rooms where fab with nice Bathroom Check in was extremly slow. Bar staff very unattentive. No Coffe in the Bedrooms only Tea. Cleaning Staff too visible in the lobby at all times of day. Breakfast 18 Euro and no facility to buy coffee and snack in the lobby area. |

Great hotel, brand new. The only thing i had a problem with is the lady at reception was cold and unfriendly and when we rang up and asked for milk just for the tea we got charged 5 euros for it!!!!! The rest of the staff were real nice except for one. Beautiful hotel |

Staff was friendly, helpful and all spoke English very well. The person at the front desk kindly offered to make us espressos while we waited for our taxi at 5:30 am. On my second visit, bar area and room service were understaffed, so the same person was tending bar and roomservice--had to wait for up to 20 minutes for him to show up at the bar, and when he did, he was always stressed out. However, it was not his fault, and he was still friendly. |

The staff were very helpful, spoke excellent English and were very welcoming. The location of the hotel is great, close to the subway, but not in the noisy heart of the tourist district. So many other hotels don't offer parking, so the secure underground parking was a welcome bonus and we mind the cost for that. Breakfast is expensive but there are many cafes nearby. |
