atmospher, cleanliness,staff,high bed. no service of bell boy to carry the suitcase from the car and return.also, the fact that breakfast was not included and when i paid too high exstra i didn't enjoy. |

Beautiful hotel. Great location. The front desk personnel were VERY helpful. The air conditioning system was not working and the personnel just said "wait for 10 minutes and it will start. The temperature in the morning was still 25.7 degrees - and the thermostat was set for 21 degrees. |

It is always a pleasure for us to stay at the Bessa. (Please see our other comments). Everythings is usually great. Just a small point and it is not to be seen a negative point. We thought the bedroom was just a little hot. So we put on the air conditioner and it was like a fridge within 5 minutes. Could you do something about it? Otherwise the room was great. Sport TV? I love watching the football! With 2008 coming up and you having international guests... just for you to consider if you haven't already. |
