ヨーロッパらしい天井の高い部屋と鏡をうまく配置した開放感・清潔感は好感が持てた。水周り等には若干の古さを感じるが欧州の伝統的なホテルとしては、大変良い部類に入る。建物の内部はすばらしく、ロビーの天井、階段等、「パレス」の名に恥じない。特に朝食の間（２階・３階吹き抜け）は、小さな舞踏会ができそうな瀟洒な部屋だあり、４日間の連泊にもかかわらず、毎日の朝食が実に楽しい時間となったことをお伝えしたい。

シャワーノズルの破損による水漏れ。シャワー時のバスタブ側から洗面フロアー（便器下）への漏水（シャワーカーテンの問題？フロアーの水勾配？）。

Quiet, elegant hotel, and attentive staff

The room was lovely! High ceiling, good fursnitures,it makes me feel “belle epoque”atomoaphere.And of course its location was excellent.

Hotel staffs were less professional such as I had expected as a five-star-hotel.One day my room was not cleaned until two o'clock! And sometimes I had much more information about local tranportation than the concierge.But,of course,they are a little fault.I was satiafied with staying there.

convenient situation

although it was sold as 5 star I would consider it barely 4 star

The location.

The High Speed Internet did not work in my room so I had to go the second floor hotel computer to work. Also if it did work the connection was at the bed and not at the desk, so it would of been uncomfortable workspace.
