There were a couple of light bulbs that needed changing and it was done the next day. Hotel staff helpful, polite and multi-lingual. The location and convenience for transport, Metro, rail and bus. |

The positioning of the hotel made it an ideal base to explore the city and the surrounding area - ideal for the buses,trams and trains and insuch a good position for the bus from the airport. There was a slight problem with a drainy smell coming from the bathroom. |

I liked the view and liked the building I don't think the aprthotels can be classified as 4 star. Also, it is a pity that such a charming building has very low charm rooms. |

Location is superb, facilities are excellent. Blanket wasn't clean enough but has been replaced next day on request. |

Very conveniently placed and comfortable. The staff in the terrace restaurant and bar were objectionable and rude but otherwise the staff were very polite and excellent. |

All the front desk staff was very helpful and nice to my mother and I. No! Location was great! We were near shopping and food. We were also near the water. I loved the location. |
