Surprisingly good value for money overall. Very good location - just next to the metro and several buses, very easy access to everything. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel. Only bad thing was hearing loud noises from neighbouring rooms and flushing water from above bathrooms. |

the breakfast the fact that the shower didnt work properly in the two different rooms that I stayed in at the hotel. |

the fact that there is a metro station outside the door and free wireless the only thing about our room i disliked was the fact that while taking a shower we had to be careful else there would be water all over the bathroom, perhaps an extendable window or shower curtain would help |

Nice room, good breakfast, good location, easy communications Very bad accoustic insulation. You hear a lot of noise from neighbours. Small bed. |

I'ts a good location, the metro stop is just under the hotel, close to the centre, the bus from the Airport stops by and there's a bus to Belem also. Breakfast is good. Staff is nice and friendly. The wi-fi signal is really poor in some floors, so you have to use it on the reception. |

Desk clerks outstanding in their attentiveness, helpfulness and assistance, fluent in English; a metro stop is right outside the door and Av.Libertade is within walking distance. Buffet breakfast included was great and rooms very clean and comfortable. Good location, price competitive. |

The waitress during breakfast was the only person who smile to us during our stay! The reception staff never showed us a smile. We request hight floor with view but we got the 2th and in the conner with no view. Receptionist mentioned that no info was recieved and that there was no availability. Very hard matress, small water floading in the bathrooom and a constant noise from toilet discharges of the rooms above us. |
