At det var rent. Rene handklær hver dag Deilig frokost

At de hadde reservert et rom vi ikke hadde bedt om. Vi ville ha separate senger og noe utsikt. Men de ordnet raskt nytt rom.

The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly easily communicating in English

The rooms although spacious and clean were dull decorated in dark brown colour. Redecorating the rooms to match a five star rating is recommended

After my staying in Hotel Altis I'm wondering from where they have got those 5 stars. Hotel was ok, but can't really compare that to any other 5 stars hotels I've stayed. Opening hours for the sauna department was also really poor (9 am - 8pm). Would been so much better if it opened a few hours earlier and closing time was later.

The location was ideal. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet.

Staff were very slow during breakfast service. Difficult to get a pot of coffee or tea in a timely fashion.

The ability of the Reception to speak and understand English. After 1 week in a rural area it was good to speak fluently again.

The Swimming Pool was to short and not deep enough.I swim every day.

Good location for business and site seeing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool and sauna.

While channel surfing two TV channels in the teens offered porn during the day without a child block or the need to purchase.
