Huone siisti. Kuumaa vettä suihkusta tuli riittävästi. Hotelli jo hieman "vanhanaikaisen" oloinen ja huoneen tapetit jo nuhjuisen näköiset.Huone aika pieni kooltaan. Lisäksi luulin sijainnin olevan parempi. Ei juoma-automaattia. Jos menisin uudellee Lissaboniin, niin valitisisin lähempänä kekustaa oleva hotellin. |

sijainti huoneet pitäisi fixata vastaamaan viittä tähteä...jota se ei todellakaan ollut, henkilökunta viiden tähden hotellissa pitäisi osata englantia, siisteydessä toivomisen varaa, aamiaisbuffetti köyhä, ystävällisyydessä myös toivomisen varaa... |

the location Some of the hotel staff were not kind. The service was not as good as we have received from its local competitors.Some equipment in the room did not function at all. On our first night we were alocated in a room with two single and separate beds (me and my wife) I found this disrespect and insulting. Overall, I was not satisfied and will not recommend the hotel. |

The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly easily communicating in English The rooms although spacious and clean were dull decorated in dark brown colour. Redecorating the rooms to match a five star rating is recommended |

After my staying in Hotel Altis I'm wondering from where they have got those 5 stars. Hotel was ok, but can't really compare that to any other 5 stars hotels I've stayed. Opening hours for the sauna department was also really poor (9 am - 8pm). Would been so much better if it opened a few hours earlier and closing time was later. |

The location was ideal. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Staff were very slow during breakfast service. Difficult to get a pot of coffee or tea in a timely fashion. |
