Comfortable Bed

The only problem was that our room seemed to be below the stairs and as a consequence footsteps kept us awake until sometimes 1 and 2 in the morning.

Almost Everything. All the way from the smell in the hall to the nice
pillows and calmness of the room. Staff was also very nice and helpful,
down to earth people who helped. It was important for us to have a good
experience from the hotel, since it was our honeymoon. Surely the hotel
added a great plus to our stay and impression of Italy in general.
Thank you!

The bed were suppose to be a king size (we asked for it and the hotel
confirmed we would have it), but was two beds put together, but it still
was fine and the split was not felt too badly by us, so we liked the
room and stayed without complaining about it. We loved the room!!!

The location is good. The breakfast is too simple. Probably, it's italian standard.

Checked 1 night before, it's cut by 25%. I've booked 3Ns.It's totally unfair. We could cancel it and rebook to get a lower rate, but oversea, so no time. When checked with the staff, response was best rooms are put to the website.The Room is too small. It means insufficient information to compare the rate. U think it's good, but you get the worst room of the hotel, not the one in the website.

La habitacion aunque daba a patio interior era muy comoda solo la cama extra era muy pequeña.Desayuno bien pero con poca variacion.Internet carisimo deberia estar incluido en precio habitacion.La situacion cerca estacion Termini excelente muy cerca centro historico

The extra bed was too small just 80 cm with.Breasfast not many food to choose.When any product was finished were not normaly replaced. Internet too expensive 18 eur per hour should be free of charge.

tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Location close to railway station. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Clean and modern bathroom with bath tub and shower combination

Breakfast would be better if there's more choices on hot food. The four mornings we were there - it's always scramble egg, bacon and sausage. Could add in harsh brown or fried eggs.

Location is good for traveling by train, besides, this hotel is very stylish.

The only thing I don't like is the staffs of front desk are rude, and hardly smile to clients.

The executive room they upgraded for us (after complaint) was quite nice, and looked as shown in the website. The Superior room picture in the website looked too good, the real one was awful, and not worth the money spent at all. Anyhow, the breakfast was great and staff there was very nice.

The tall and white staff at the hotel front desk was unfriendly to us, and gave us a bad room. And that's why we had to ask for an upgrade with extra payment at will.
