awesome staff, very friendly and helpful....breakfast is wonderful! great price and huge room for having 3 little ones under 3 yrs. just wonderful, we will return again and again!! |

The location is great. You can walk to everything here or jump on a bus at the corner. Also the breakfast has lots to choose from. The best thing was the espresso coffee machine, yes a real one. I had two cappicnos every morning and lots of crossiants to choose from. Also the staff helped us out when ever we asked. The room was a cleaned everyday by a very friendly staff. The hotel is a little older so don't expect perfection. A little mold in the bathroom. A funny smell in the hall way when it rained. Also the room we had was facing the busy street so it was loud at night w/ all the traffic. If you get a room w/ a view of the front of the hotel ask for another room. |

The hotel location is excellent. The room smelled a lot... Mainly to cigarettes... One bed was awful like a soldier's bed in a campaign... And I think it was too expensive to the facilities and the confort offered. |

Front desk was very good. One in particular (Giuseppe) was extremely helpful and knew just about everything from transit to the local sights and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and the location is ideal. The hotel is well decorated. Bathroom seemed to smell slightly of sewer gas at times. Shower leaked and did not drain properly. |

The hotel was located centrally near all tourist sites. Staff service was good and they were always ready to help you. |

Good place. 20 minutes by foot from Termini railway station, 20 minutes by foot from Colosseum A little bit musty smell in a room. Safe was closed, and couldn't been opened. Fridge-minibar was warm. But it wasn't a big problem for me. |

the excellent location of the hotel in the heart of the city, most of the serevices . there was no way to heat the room in cold days/nights, the aircondition was not functioning as a heather . |

Location - easy walking to most important sites such a Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum. Breakfast good. Room size good and quiet. Staff excellent. |

The hotel was very central My room did not seem clean, there were buckets under my air conditoner catching a constant drip, there were no security chains on the door to the room (in fact one day my door was latched open all day..I was staying there by myself and this made me very nervous, the hair dryer was a wall unit that i believe is older than me and couldn't dry hair. |
