Bra boende med sevärheter och shopping inom bekvämt promenadavstånd. Storslagen utsikt över Florens från hotellets takterass med pool. Maten på hotellrestaurangen var förvånansvärt bra. |

Everything. It is close to the train station, the staff was exceptional, breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay. No shower curtain. Water does get all over the floor. |

Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing. Hotel staff very helpful in obtaining any further info we required regarding train timetables, tour guides etc. Breakfast buffet was very lovely. The interior walls of the hotel were very thin, i.e. you could hear someone next door flush the toilet etc. |

Proximity to arrival and departure points as well as to interests in town. The bed was very uncomfortable for us. |

Excellent location, within a few minutes walking from all the major sites, friendly helpful staff (I needed to print our return boarding passes and the receptionist gave me use of their computer and printer). We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite which was huge!! for an extra 30 euros, possibly because we arrived before midday. We had booked a classic double. |
