Ljust och fint rum. Mycket väl och centralt placerat. Gratis Internet. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Kommer inte på något annat än avsaknad av duschdraperi gjorde det en smula vått i badrummet... :-) |

Close to everything,great hotel ---except loud music/talking from GF bar. Recommend others to stay on upper floors and towards the backside of hotel. Loud Music from downstairs bar/club- people outside talking loudly/drunkards pass 11pm. Hotel needs a curfew on late hours to keep loud music down from ground floor restaurant/bar. |

it is a verry good hotel with excellent bar Angel we had the superior double but is verry small without slippers .ihave a big experiance beceause i was flight attendant for 20 years and i spend 6 months per year in the brand name hotels all over thye world with Olympic Airways |

The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location right in the heart of Florence. The bedroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and always present when required. |

The Location was really perfect, the rooms are beautiful and very spacious, and the bar next door "Angels" was so great to relax in and the staff were very hospitable and warm. |

The hotel was in a great location in the city. A little hard to find at first, but accessible to everything once you find it. Hotel was very nice, breakfast was great. You can eat breakfast on the rooftop terrace...a big plus. Great bar attached to the hotel. There was a funny sulfer smell in the room when we arrived. It disappeared once we openned the windows. |
