Bath in bathroom samll and I booked a double bed and found two single beds adjusted into one double bed which is uncomfortable

great staff, great buffet bfast, near bus stop, beautiful old hotel

Only restaurant near (1 block away) was very nice, but, extremely expensive. Location is in very nice area, but very busy streets. Since they had turned a/c off for season and it was very warm during the day, we had to open windows and it was very noisy.

The first night, I was given a room at the ground floor. They should rather use it as a storage room. I was complaining and got a wonderful room the second night, 214, I can recomend, it is looking towards the garden and not to the streets. The Hotel is actually on a crossing, so be aware that you can not open the windows, if you get a room towards the street.

It would be great, if they would get some carpets in the floor, you can hear everybody passing by.

The location and ease with which to get transport to all the main areas of Rome.

2 single beds pushed together as 1 double. The hotel rooms were small but I hear they are in Rome, it was cleaned thoroughly daily, that is the important thing.

The price - it is an old fashioned hotel and could do with a make over - especially the bathrooms

a great stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and pool area very clean likewise breakfast room and surroundings.

a little out of the way, but to have a hotel with a pool so close to the centre of Rome for the price, it was only a minor hindance. Bus service very good.

I got charged more than dbl the last night, than the prebooked rate, even though i ended my stay earlier than planned, that should at least before the night was over. Sloppy work from the desk personnel.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice gardens

We booked hotel partly because of swimming pool and this was closed.No turn down service although it had been advertised.No shampoo in bathrooms, just bath/shower gelAccess to hotel difficult.  No pavement around entrance making it dangerous for walking.Not really quite 4 star.

We had not wanted to stay right in the centre of the city the situation of this hotel was great, nice and relaxing after walking all day. Local bars/restaurants great and bus down to town very easy.Breakfast was excelent and the staff very helpful. We would stay again.
