O hotel é realmente ótimo, das instalações ao farto café da manhã. Também é muito bem localizado. Tivemos um único problema com um serviço de taxi que contratamos a um preço e, na hora do desembarque no aeroporto nos foi cobrado valor diferente. Reclamei e o hotel fez contato descumpalndo-se pelo equívoco e prometendo a devolução da diferença. Noticio o ocorrido apenas para maior atenção ao procedimento, mas ressalto que o acontecimento não mudo o fato do hotel e seus serviços serem excelentes |

O café da manhã é muito bom, bem como os funcionários do restaurante, os apartamentos são pequenos, mas a limpeza é ótima, as roupas de cama e banho são impecáveis. Os funcionários da recepção poderiam ser mais amáveis, não generalizando! |

This hotel is fantastic value for money with polite staff and a professional team. All facilities are as described in the marketing and the location is perfect. Only the fact that there is not a drinks service after midnight. |

excellent. we prefer staying in a more residential district and this hotel was perfect, within walking distance of most sights plus having metro. We are older couples with experience in europe. Everything was better than average for a 3 star hotel,including sound proofing (important) and breakfast: except the plastic drinking glasses in the rooms. Can understand in the marble floored bathroom. Also the bar could offer an ice bucket of ice as we found in our hotels elsewhere in europe. |
