This is a gem of a hotel, allowing quick access to Rome airport. The staff was quite helpful, and the rooms are outstanding value for the price. While not totally within the hotel's control, they receive a large influx of guest for which the kitchen / bar staff were not prepared. Long waits were the result. They were much better prepared for breakfast the next morning now knowing the number of guest in the hotel. |

They have a free shuttle to the airport terminal and the breakfast was good. They are a long way from the actual terminal so there aren't any facilities around the hotel. The restaurant is not open for lunch so if you want any decent food there is nothing available. |

New and clean. Great ammenities. Very comfortable. Very difficult to navigate to as it was in a very strange location requiring back roads and unexpected additional time. |

Their support. One of the guest had an accident on a knee and could not walk. The had wheel chair and special attention. |

convenience, comfort, nice staff, good restaurant, gym Price included "American" breakfast but our flight left too early. Got a "box" breakfast instead that we turned back in because it contained nothing we liked (prepared sandwich on white bread with mayonaise, packaged croissant with jelly, pear juice. Suggest instead: yogurt, packaged cheese and fresh roll or croissant, orange juice |

The hotel clerk was very helpful in getting us to an off site restaurant It was cold (not temperature) and isolated. The breakfacst meal was not acceptable. - runny scrambled eggs and not thoroughly cooked bacon. |

la fonctionnalité de la chambre frigo, clim, télévision interactive etc le restaurant cher pour les plats et les quantités fournis. le restaurant est en outre mal placé dans le hall d'entrée, ça manque d'intimité! |
