At det var rimelig nyoppusset og meget rent. Servicen i informasjonen var upåklagelig! Den eldste damen som jobbet i frokost salen kan gjerne få påspandert et smile kurs. Utrolig kort og småsur. Den unge damen var derimot meget imøtekommende og blid. |

Staff were most friendly and the hotel was quite nice. Breakfast was good, different everyday. We liked it so much, we cancelled a reservation at a different hotel and booked them again. |

I can't fault anything about this hotel. The location, the facilities, the staff, the food - all absolutely perfect for my first trip to Rome. I would definately recommend it to friends/ family and would love to go back one day! |

the hotel was great , the staff were so helpfull ,they met us at the airport and took us back when we left , we saw so much more than we thought we were going to see due to the help of the staff . great hotel, great breakfast, 10 out of 10, When we go back to rome and we will , i will be staying here, plus it is in a location where you are able to visit all the historical sites with ease . |

Staff were excellent. Great locaion. Hotel accross the road from Vatican. Easy access to rest of city through public transport. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommend this hotel. No Dining Facilities for Diner |

Great breakfast! Very nice room with queen bed and separate sitting area. Large patio overlooking the Vatican walls. The time of year we were there was great because there were not alot of other people staying so it was very quiet. The restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and none of them had experience of staffing the bar No but it would be a great if they did evening meals as the local restaurants are not very good |

Excellent service and location; it is close to Metro (takes you anywhere in Rome), Vatican, restaurants, and tourists buses. |

Amazing breakfast! Very good value for your money and it is directly accross the street from the Vatican Museum, no waiting in line here! It was reasonably close to a metro station and the front desk staff were really awesome at recommending places to eat for dinner. |

The staff at the reception were outstanding. They provided excellent customer support. Room cleaning service did not provide complete set of toilettories during the last room cleaning round before check-out. This seem to be common with may hotels around the world. |
