The staff and their attentiveness. The location was very good for walking to avenue of the stars and for the star ferry - right on your doorstep! The pool was very shaded all day. The bed was very firm, generally the room was not up to the same standard as other renaissance hotels I've stayed at around the world and needs a refurb. |

yes we did and also we are very impressed with their service to upgrade the room for us when they knew we hv 2 kids and also very impressed when their guest relations dept gave us a surprise birthday cake for my wife's birthday . |
