In general, nothing that impressed me.

- Some of the Hotel staff lacked of "common sense", The condition of the room so called "Executive Junior Suite" is quite run down

Size of the room is small for Nathan Room for the price I am paying plus the staff made me waited for 1 hour for my room. Suppose to check in at 3 but at 4pm I am still waiting and nobody came to attend to us.

The hotel is conveniently located near to everything. The Nathan florr is the only way to go.. he rooms are a great size for a HK Hotel.

The breakfast buffet was very adequate.

Yes, nobody offered to carry our luggage and accompanied us to our room. We had to call housekeeping to teach us how to operate the soft touch electrical and lighting console.

Excellent breakfast.Near or at easy walking distance to main attractions.Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was a non smoking one but smelt very much of smoke.
