Personal attenyion and excellent staff Dinner in the langham place restaurant overpriced definetly not 5 star standard ,meal was cold,everything was rushed,air conditioning too cold we had to move table twice and still found it cold.This was the only downside to the visit. We ate out for the rest of the week. |

the hotel is amazingly positioned in a very comfortable location, very near to mongkok MTR station, shopping area just 1 min walk from your hotel room. Will stay again next time. The room is a little bit small |

Very nice and clean. Convenience. Staff also very helpful. Many baby stuff are available in the hotel for customer, eg when u request baby cot, it comes with BB shower gel , lotion etc. BB sterilizer, etc can be requested as well. It is very thoughtful |

Excellent as always in terms of facilities, gym, swimming pool and free internet access on the 1st floor in the business area for everyone to use. When my reservation wasnt found, they made a new one straight away. |

The room I booked was full. I was asked to "pay more" for an upgrade. The reception at the front desk was not very smart. Polite but not courteous. |
