Man war von Anfang an Gast und für alle Fragen gab es Lösungen Das zu dem Hotelzimmer noch die Steuer und das Frühstück separat gerechnet wurde. |

Der Wellnessbereich, grosses, schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer, sehr guter Service, gediegene, schöne Atmposphere. Die Ruhe nach dem hektischen Kowloon ! Für Hong Kong Verhältnisse sehr grosses Zimmer und insgesamt gutes Preis/Leistungsverhälnis. Internetnutzung im Businesscenter zu teuer. |

We arrived at 7 am for a one night stop-over on a flight from New Zealand to London. We did not expect to be able to go straight to our room at such an early hour but the staff were really helpful and found us a lovely room we could use immediately. |

Nice big hotel rooms, plenty of free drinking water and fruit! and a nice swimming pool and sauna, friendly staff; the buffets at the guest lounge were very nice! The lounge was booked by a party and therefor we missed a place to relax a little (maybe we could have asked more) |
