Hotels location are very good when coming to town from gatwick. Our room at the 7th floor was very nice, and we liked the gym (health club). We warmly recom this hotel. cleaning staff didn't speak english.. |

Location excellent. Plenty of staff at check-in and check-out time. Room was very nice. Asked for a room high up to avoid street noise and they did this immediately Drinks pricey with automatic service charge included |

Good size room. Breakfast excellent. Very good location beside Victoria Station Had to request to move room as directly above noisy Air Conditioning unit. Staff very good moved us no problem. |

The location is convenient. The location is noisy. My room was dirty with bloodstained, cracked tiles in the bathroom, fittings that did not work or were loose and curtains that were hanging off the rail. The so-called 'Executive' room was tiny and not at all comfortable. The cooked breakfast the next morning was served from hot plates which meant it was congealed and unappealing. All in all, avoid this hotel. |
