Location to London Shows and shops At all times had to wait ages for lifts (walked down from 7th floor each time we went out). Never got to breakfast as queues were to reception no matter what time you went. |

Good location, good housekeeping, good price for the location Front desk staff, single room and bathroom too small even for 1 person, obsolete furnishing and common areas, long waiting time for the lift |

Location only Everything. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff, dirty room, the most uncomfortable bed, the bed was very small and also was placed in the smallest space - wall to wall where you had to go to the bottom of the bed to get out. The sink was hanging off the wall, the shower blocked, the wireless internet didnt work, lights were broken in our bedroom,fire alarm went off |

The central location. The old building is well insulated for sound. As a light sleeper this is a great benefit to me. The staff were friendly. I did not eat dinner there as unlike breakfast the restaurant was pretty empty and the selection of food seemed like it was like a cafe rather than a restaurant menu. |
