The Quality Crown Hotel Paddington is an exciting new designer-style hotel at an affordable price. Located just moments from London Paddington station, it is one of London’s best-connected hotels. The Heathrow Express runs approximately every 15 minutes from London Paddington station to Heathrow Airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

There are 4 London Underground lines and numerous bus routes just a minute’s walk from the hotel, offering fast, direct access to the rest of central London.

As well as a superb location, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness facilities, which are free of charge for guests. The Gallery Lounge and Bar features Sky Sports on a 42-inch plasma flat-screen TV and the hotel also boasts an atrium-style executive lounge and conference rooms and meeting facilities for 12 delegates. The conference facilities are available at an additional cost and booking is required.

Food & beverage

Garfunkel’s Restaurant serves food from early till late. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 23:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 23:00.

Room service is available from 12:00 to 22:30.

The hotel is situated immediately next to London Paddington station’s main exit. Proximity for Heathrow train. Comfortable bed.

Room very tiny with bed too close to the desk to make the desk
functional. Also had to "take turns" moving to the desk as there was not
enough room for both my wife and I to stand on that side of the bed at
the same time. "Free wi-fi" cost gbp15 to use! 1St floor room meant
vibrations and noise from the Tube rumbled through the room with every
train from dawn till midnight

The Hotel is well located beside Paddington Tube Station.The room was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable

The room was dreadfully small, just enough space to squeeze past the bed. The hotel had no atmosphere and the staff were unwelcoming and just carried out the jobs without making any effort to assist us over and above their basic duties of checking us in and out.

The room was great, all facilities are first class and clean. Very good restaurant and the staff very kind. You have around the corner the Paddington station. Highly recomended hotel.

They have satellital tv, movies and internet on TV, but if you want to see local tv is impossible, you have to pay a package movies+internet about 20 pounds. You dont have access to printer. The shower drainage was somewhat occluded the first night but they resolved the next day. If you travel from Spain you need to bring electric converter, the hotel have some ones, but not many.

Room were very clean, modern and tastefully completed.

Desk was so crowded that it could not be comfortably used. So close to Paddington one could hear the train rumblings.

The staff are outstanding - professional, courteous and friendly. They
should all be knighted! Having an associated branch of Garfunkel's next
door is an added bonus - perfect for when you arrive late and tired and
you need a good fry-up. The rooms are tiny but spotlessly clean and
very comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will do so
again in future.

Excellent accesss to London Transport network, clean and tidy in common
areas, room well laid out, bathroom small but quite adequate, good
clothes space, effective a/c, good quality toiletries, good size mug for
tea/coffee in room, some staff very friendly, others a bit reserved but
all very polite and helful

Bedsheets were not changed even though we did not leave the card on the
pillow indicating we did not require them changed. It disturbed us when
housekeeping were opening/closing what I assume was the firestairs door
next to our room first thing in the morning, bringing their equipment
onto the floor. Otherwise, all was ok
